Domestic orders ship FOB Broomfield, CO using our shipping service (Pre-paid/ added to the invoice), or we can use/bill an account of your choice. For International orders, the importer (i.e., the customer) is responsible for any freight, taxes, duties, or fees on the shipment.
Orders shipped Less Than Truckload (LTL) or full truckload freight require bulk material handling equipment at the destination for unloading. It is the responsibility of the consignee to unload the shipment and inspect it for damage or loss. Additional charges may apply if proper handling equipment is not available or the customer cannot receive the shipment upon delivery.
Damage or Loss
Upon delivery, the consignee should examine the shipment for damage or loss. If damage or loss is evident, the consignee must note the damage or loss on the delivery receipt and accept the shipment. Then, notify Zilla within 48 hours of the delivery to assist you in processing a claim.
Orders canceled within 48 hours of purchase are eligible to receive a refund minus a 25% handling fee or have the total amount credited to the next purchase of an equal or higher amount made within 60 days of the cancellation. Canceled custom and fabricated orders will forfeit downpayment for the order.
The original Purchaser must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of receiving the order. Zilla must issue and approve an RMA before the Purchaser returns the Product. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee if received within 30 days or a 50% restocking fee if received within 31-60 days of receiving the order. We will not accept returns after 60 days of the customer receiving the order. Returned Products must be unused and in the original packaging. Upon receiving an authorized return, Zilla will evaluate the Product’s condition and determine the final credit or refund amount. The Purchaser is responsible for the cost of inbound freight and, if the return is not accepted, the cost of shipping back to the Purchaser. Custom and fabricated products are not eligible for return.
We appreciate that it often helps to have a physical sample of a particular product before deciding to place an order. In most cases, we are happy to supply samples at no cost to our customers. However, some products, such as Zilla Electrical Passthroughs, are fully working examples and require purchase. Sample requests are subject to product availability and will be sent to you as quickly as possible. Please contact us if you have questions or would like to order a sample.
